	Card must be present at time of service.
	Card is not redeemable for cash
	Card only valid at Cedar Rapids locations
	Card can not be replaced if lost or stolen
	After 24 months of non-use, a $2.00 per month service fee from date of last account activity will be deducted from the remaining balance.
